On 26 June 1993 Shivam Dube was born in Mumbai, India. His father, Rajesh Dube, moved to Mumbai for employment after moving from the Bhadohi district in Uttar Pradesh.
Dube wed his longtime lover Anjum Khan in Mumbai on July 16, 2021, The couple had their first child, a named Ayaan, on February 13 2022, On January 3, 2025, their second child, a daughter called Mehwish, was born.
At the age of 14, Dube had to stop playing school cricket for Hansraj Morarji Public School because he was overweight and unable to improve his fitness.
At the age of 19, he returned to play and was quickly selected for the Mumbai Under-23 team.
Shivam Dube International career
In October 2019, Dube was named in India’s 20-20 International (T20I) squad for the series against BanOn November 3, 2019, he played his first Twenty20 International match for India against Bangladesh , that month Dube was chosen in India’s One Day International (ODI) team for their series against the West Indies .

He played his first One Day International match for India against the West Indies on 15 December 2019 and On 2 February 2020 Dube bowled the second most expensive over in a Twenty20 International match conceding 34 runs in the fifth Twenty20 International series against New Zealand.
On 2 August 2024 he played his second ODI taking the first ODI wicket while conceding 19 runs in 4 overs.
On January 11, 2024, India’s first Twenty20 International match against Afghanistan,He took a wicket while giving away 9 runs. and scored sixty runs off forty balls and In a Twenty20 International he became the fourth Indian cricketer to score a half century and take a wicket.
He was selected in the Indian team for the 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in May of that year.
Shivam Dube Domestic career
He made his Twenty20 debut for Mumbai on 18 January 2016 during the 2015–16 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy season and He made his List A debut for Mumbai in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 25 February 2017.
On December 7, 2017, he made his first-class debut for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy for the 2017–18 season, He took his first five wickets in a first-class match in the first innings.
He scored his first century in first-class cricket on November 2, 2018, during Mumbai’s match against Railways in the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy,He took another five wickets in his next game against Karnataka, taking seven wickets for 54 runs.
In the Ranji Trophy match versus Baroda on December 17, 2018 Dube hit five sixes in one over.
It was the 2end time he had scored 5 sixes in an over, after doing it against Pravin Tambe in the Mumbai 20-20 League in March, where he was also named the player of the tournament and He was the leading wicket-taker in 2018 for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy , with 23 dismissals in eight matches.

He was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 2019 Indian Premier League player auction in December 2018, Before to the 2021 Indian Premier League, Dube was purchased by the Rajasthan Royals in February 2021 at the IPL auction, He was purchased by the Chennai Super Kings in February 2022 at the 2022 Indian Premier League tournament auction.
